The benefits of eliminating rushing for one day

rushingLiving in 2019 tends to mean rushing around. We live our lives at high speed never having enough time for anything. It feels as if we are always on the go without achieving anything. Not great for our health

So, trying not to rush is a good thing. There is the saying “more haste and less speed” which seems to be a contradiction. Until you remove the “and”. Then it makes sense: the more rushing we do the slower we become. Tasks may get completed yet have they be done well. Have we got the “quick fix” yet wasted time in the long run because we need to go back and correct mistakes?
