This is the start of a series of blogs about sleep. As you can see from the title it starts with how I used to be able to sleep anywhere anytime.
Sleeping well is very important for our general well-being and I used to be able to sleep through anything.
The only time I used to wake up on exercise was if the generators sounded wrong. This was usually a sign that they needed swapping over as the current working generator was running out of juice. Either that or someone had the kettle on. Definitely a good reason to wake up.
