I’m going to try out a camomile eye compress to see if it has any effect on my puffy eyes. The problem with puffy eyes has been creeping up on me for a while now so it is time to try and alleviate the problem without resorting to surgery. I know of one General who has definitely had some surgery to correct baggy/puffy eyes. It is pretty obvious, as he looks better now around the eyes, than he did when I knew him.
So why the camomile eye compress? Well it is something I can try really easily and doesn’t cost more than a couple of camomile tea bags. All right, a box of camomile tea bags as you need to do it more than once.
